Ray comes from a managment and professional trainer background, both skill sets vital to our association. He has worked in advertising, marketing and sales as well. Mr. Adauto is also known in the community as "Uncle Ray", a name he got from his work with UTEP athletes. He is the public address announcer for the UTEP football team and men's basketball D-1 program. Ray is currently Secretary Treasurer for the Texas Association of Builders Executive Officers Council and is active on the NAHB Executive Officers Council. He represents the EPAB at all official functions and is the official spokesperson. His passion are his grandchildren Gaby and Matt and grand-dogs Match, Ariel and Max. He also has a fondness for speed with his black Corvette. Ray is a member of various organizations including the Corvette Club of El Paso and Miner Athletic Club and others.

Dennis G. Votava

Dennis joined the association in October of 2005 as the chief keeper of financial information. He is in charge of billing, accounts receivables, and other financial work; and is in charge of keeping the NAHB up to date on members. He will also be responsible to the BuildPAC for submission of required forms; timely reporting to any government agency and will act as chief collection agent when needed. His background includes service to the US during VietNam, and decades of financial background in the private sector. Angie joins our staff as Administrative Assistant after a nine year career at Sierra Title. She is in charge of the office day to day operations, membership, and event coordination. Margaret Adauto

Margaret joined the EPAB staff on a part time basis to assist in the sale and administration of advertising and sponsorships. Her background in sales and management in the retail world have prepared her for the miriad of opportunities here at the association. She will also act as backup for Angie in the office.
