  • When we recieve your completed membership application and appropriate payment your membership application will go before our Board of Directors for approval. 
  • You will be notified of the Board action by telephone or email. 
  • Upon approval of your application your company information will be listed on this Association website.
  • A member of the staff will contact you concerning any questions you may have about membership.

Builder / Remodelor / Developer
     Builder / Remodelor/ Developer Memberships - This includes all builders, remodelors and developers. Your Builder or Remodelor membership fee is $500 per year plus Assesment based on the value of your residential and commercial permit value.  These values are based on information obtained from the various city planning departments in the area. 
For Developers the annual fee is $500 plus an assesment on the number of residential and or comercial lots developed annually. Your local membership includes membership in the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders . 
Associate
     Associate Membership is open to anyone or any company (other than a utility) who does business with a builder, remodelor, or developer.  The far ranging opportunities to become an associate member allow us to have a diverse Associate membership.  Annual membership fee for Associates is $400.  When you join the El Paso Associtaion of Builders you also join the Texas and National associations as well.
Associate - Utility Company
     Your membership as a Utility company is $450 annually.  It includes membership in the Texas Association of Builders and National Association of Home Builders.
