Hector Martinez, CCIM

Hector J. Martinez, CCIM, is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with more than 16 years of experience serving the El Paso, Texas and Southern New Mexico markets. Licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, Hector specializes in commercial sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment analysis across retail, industrial, office, and land properties. He currently serves as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with REP Commercial Real Estate (REPcre), where he combines extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and long-standing industry relationships to help clients achieve their real estate objectives. Hector is also an active member of the commercial real estate community and has served on the local CCIM board in El Paso.
