Joseph Duran, P.E. is the founder and principal of Kinetic Design Solutions (KDS) and Kinetic Development & Construction (KDC), an integrated design-build firm serving the El Paso region and expanding beyond. With a background in mechanical engineering and professional licensure, Joseph leads a multidisciplinary team delivering architecture, structural, MEP, civil engineering, and landscape design under one unified system.
Kinetic specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, providing end-to-end services from concept and permitting through construction execution. The firm has quickly established a strong presence in the residential market by delivering highly coordinated, permit-ready plans and streamlined project execution that reduce delays, conflicts, and rework.
