Courtney Yeatman is a Senior Vice President of residential construction lending at WestStar Bank in El Paso, Texas. In her role, she maintains banking relationships with homebuilders as well as generates new business opportunities to further expand the bank’s residential construction loan portfolio.
Courtney joined Weststar in 2009 as a credit file clerk and has served in various positions since then, including loan review assistant, business loan analyst, and most recently Vice President of Commercial Lending.
She graduated from Colorado Technical University with an MBA degree in finance.
She has been involved with Financial Women in Texas Paso Del Norte group since September of 2017. During that time, she has served as secretary for several years, as well as President for several years. She has also served as director of membership for the FWIT state association for two years, vice president, president, and is currently serving as the nominating chair for the FWIT state association.
Courtney has also been involved with Rebuilding Together El Paso since February of 2020. Since that time she has served as secretary, treasurer, and is currently serving as Vice President. RTEP focuses on preserving and revitalizing houses, assuring that low-income homeowners (particularly those who are elderly and disabled) live in warmth, safety, and independence.
She has been with her husband Adam for over 20 years. Together they have a 6-year-old son, Wyatt. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys crafting, shooting, working on classic cars and riding her motorcycle with her husband.
