October Meetings

General Membership Meeting

The October General membership meeting was held at Dave & Buster’s at Bassett Center. Over 85 members attended. A presentation was made by Ray for the Texas Association of Builders legislative agenda updates, as well as informing the membership of changes in the laws brought about because of the work done by association lobbyists and members. The membership also received information on the upcoming board selections for 2026. Members were also reminded about the installation banquet on December 5th.

October PWB Meeting

The October Professional Women in Building meeting brought together the leading ladies of the building industry. Continuing the “Women Who Lead” series with Viviana Ronquillo of ZIA Homes and Patricia Martinez from WestStar Bank.

The EPAB Professional Women in Building Council is the voice of women in the building industry, dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting our members by offering networking and educational opportunities, legislative awareness and outreach, and professional and personal development of women.
